Class Action suit for residents in Brookhurst Subdivision (superfund site) versus adjoining commercial property owners. Claims of contamination plumes in the ground water and air quality affecting property values. Determine loss in value caused by contamination versus caused by regional economic depreciation.
Seller versus Realtors (listing and selling brokers) for violation of agency law. Assignment included both valuation and agency/brokerage practices.
Agency relationships between brokers and their clients and/or customers in various cases and locations. Some cases involved courts in Cheyenne (Laramie County), Casper (Natrona County), Jackson (Teton County), Worland (Washakie County), Riverton (Fremont County), and Torrington (Goshen County).
