"Johnny Midnite" Sauces. Created by a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Produced and marketed by Sauce Sensations in Buffalo, Wyoming.

One of the original sauces is the Black Peppercorn Steak Sauce. This can add a little fire to any meal! Pour over thick steaks, chops, juicy hamburgers, broiled shrimp, fresh fish and charbroiled chicken. Stir into pot roast, chili, stew or soup. Blend in meat loaf. Excellent with wild game.

Other sauces are available and make wonderful gifts, new "Coyote Ketchup" has a real subtle zing to it.
