APPRAISAL EDUCATION:

Marilyn has lived through approximately twenty-two years with this company and it's principals, qualifying for an in-house Master's Degree in Appraisal Company Management.

Position:

Marilyn has been employed by The Appraisal Company of Wyoming, Inc. from 1987 through the present time and she is the manager of the office in Casper.

She supervises all appraisal management program input,  coordination of assignments and due dates , coordination with appraisal management companies, and the appointment scheduling for The Appraisal Company.

She is the first point of contact with clients, and we recognize her ability to coordinate with these most important people,

If the report is wonderful, it is to Marilyn's credit, if there any missing items, it is the appraiser's fault. We are smart enough to never forget this.
