Jay began Appraising in 1998 and is now the primary appraiser and Office manager for Laramie County and works out of the Cheyenne office.

He is an experienced appraiser in a wide range of properties, is a Review Appraiser, FHA qualified, and also appraises in areas of Platte County where his folks live in Wheatland.

Winter often finds Jay "inspecting" the mountains and wilder areas of Wyoming from the back of a snowmobile.
