There are many good real estate brokers in all areas of
Wyoming.
We do not publish names of specific real estate brokers, however,
we will be happy to provide a list of those that we have heard
good things about for a community.
If you would like to email us with a request, be sure to include
the type of property and what your needs are. We will return a
list with some potential contacts for you with phone numbers
and/or addresses. If you would like us to, we could have someone
contact you.
As is normal for a service like this, we do not assume any
responsibility for the acts of a broker that we have referred to
you. We may not have any first hand information about the broker,
however, we will only refer brokers who are members of the
Realtor organization and subscribe to the National Association of
Realtors Code of Ethics.
We prefer to refer to Realtors that have the Certified
Residential Specialists (CRS) designation for residential
transactions, and to Certified Commercial Investment Members
(CCIM) or Society of Industrial or Office Realtors (SIOR)
designees for commercial transactions. The Accredited Land
Counselor (ALC) is the premier designation for agricultural
properties, while the Certified Property Manager (CPM) is the
designation for consumers to seek for management of properties.
