THE APPRAISAL COMPANY OF WYOMING, INC.

The Appraisal Company is a real estate appraisal and counseling firm providing services to banks, savings and loans, mortgage companies, attorneys, government entities, investors and individual clients. The mission statement of our employee owned company follows:

"The mission of The Appraisal Company shall be to ethically and profitably provide quality and timely service to our clients.

The company shall provide a positive atmosphere for employees and associates to develop and maintain lasting skills and professionalism. The company shall encourage continuing education."

The principals of this employee owned company represent over 90 years of real estate experience in Wyoming. The Appraisal Company was incorporated in 1987 with the initial service efforts in residential real estate appraisal and counseling. Commercial services were added as demand increased. The staff experience includes residential and commercial appraisals and marketing; counseling on development, management, education, arbitration, mediation, and litigation; as well as expert testimony for both real estate practices and valuation. The team approach is often used to apply varied experience and innovative thinking and create the most balanced real estate analysis for the benefit of the client.

With the main office in Casper, the service area has expanded to include most of the northern and eastern areas of Wyoming. We have branch offices in Gillette,  and Cheyenne. All of the staff appraisers are Certified Real Estate Appraisers or they are in process of full certification. A principal of the firm directs each assignment and staff appraisers assist as needed. Every appraisal is inspected, reviewed and signed by a certified real estate appraiser.

The most modern and efficient technologies are utilized. We are capable of employing Electronic Data transmission to ensure prompt service to our clients with fully digitized photographs, maps, and signatures. All offices are networked together and reports and addenda are printed on laser printers or electronically transmitted as the client desires. EDI can be in ACI, PDF, Lighthouse or BCE Emergis formats

The principals and staff are active in real estate professional organizations. We have served as officers and directors, instructors and faculty for both professionally sponsored and college courses. We continue to improve our professional skills and knowledge through continuing education. We have the right staff in a professional environment to meet the needs of our clients.
