Appraiser Assistant

Ashley works under the direct supervision of the certified appraiser she is assisting on specific inspections. She accompanies appraisers on the inspection appointment and helps measure the premises, plot the measurements, takes photographs as directed, and makes notes to assist the appraiser. Working with an assistant allows the appraiser to complete a thorough inspection faster with less disturbance to the borrower's schedule. Ashley is also helpful in assisting the Office Manager in her varied duties.

Ashley is attending Casper College and her work time with our company is coordinated with her class schedule.
